Prescriptions

We dispense both private and NHS prescriptions. We can collect your prescriptions on your behalf from any of practices at Lisburn Health Centre or The Hill Medical Practice, Dunmurry. In order to avail of this service you will need to authorise us to collect your prescription by completing an authorisaton form which you can access here. Once completed you can either leave the form at your doctor’s practice or drop it into us to do so for you. When you order a prescription from the surgery, please allow 72 hours before calling to collect it at the pharmacy. This is to allow both the surgery and the pharmacy enough time to process it.

We can text you when your medicines are ready to be picked up. This limits the number of times you need to either call or visit the pharmacy premises and reduces waiting time. To sign up for this service, call or visit the pharmacy to provide your mobile number. This service is offered free to all our customers.

We provide a delivery service free of charge to those local customers who are unable to visit the pharmacy in person because they are too ill to leave the house and have no-one else to pick up their prescription for them or because they have tested positive for Covid-19 or are self-isolating.
